	Very happy with these skates. Runs smoothly and also very light and comfortable. Delivery was also perfect and always kept up to date with our order.

	Overall pleased with the purchasing, competitive pricing and the speed of delivery. Difficulty with returns- the first pair I order didn’t fit. The return process was tricky and I thought paying for the shipping label was too high. It was not clear where to purchase it and instructions on how to get it after I purchased. In the end it all worked out. But waiting for a response to my emailing and calling SkatePro was long and annoying. QUALITY- NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH the quality is the product I received. The stitching on the tongue of the boot is undone and the cushion is exposed. There are string of thread all along the boot and looks like someone stopped sewing the boot. The size was also off from what was advertised. The skates squeak as well and I’m hoping they don’t just fall apart, it’s very unsettling.

	The item arrived super quickly and the customer service advisers are super friendly and helpful. The skates look brilliant, though the size is a little still to big for me, as I have tiny feet. My only problem is I had to buy additional soles as my feet hurt after 5 mins wear without proper padding. The skates are super fast by the way, I feel like a beginner again and I have to relearn how to stop. :P
