As the grandfather of my 12 year old grandson, I am overjoyed by the new bike we bought him for Christmas. He absolutely loves it and is spending loads of his spare time getting to know his bike. One of the major reasons I bought the bike was because I liked the fact that your business appears to be run by a young, enthusiastic and “cool” team which is more in touch with the young kids than the usual “established” management. Easy to build with good instructions, however id use your own tools as the ones provided with the purchase managed to chew the nut under the saddle as it was trying to get adjusted. | |

Would have gone for 5 stars as the bike, price and service was excellent. Delivery was a shambles. Left outside front door in the rain while no one was in. Very lucky it wasn't stolen. | |
