	Good bindings, mostly moving parts. Although . I have to say not as easy as the old school method of pushing down on the binding snap with your pole to release it.

	Easy to put on, not so easy to get off. You have to fit your ski pole tip into the tiny narrow slot and turn (although you can also use your hand if you bend down). I have to say not as easy as the old school method of pushing down on the binding snap with your pole to release it.
